These are unpaid internships for academic credit only and candidates must commit to a minimum of 10 hours per week.



BE The Travel Marketing Intern

We’re looking for Travel Marketing Interns interested in learning the ins-and-outs of marketing strategies that go into a travel advising business. If you’re looking for active involvement with business marketing in real-time then keep reading, because Travel Marketing Interns will have exposure to podcast development, marketing strategy meetings, social media management, and more. If you consider yourself to be creative, innovative, tech-savvy, and have an affinity for traveling, you might be perfect for the job!

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Podcast Development

  • Creative Writing

  • Social Media Management

  • Strategic Planning for Marketing, PR, and Communications Efforts

  • Website Management

  • Email Campaigns

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Creative strategist; out-of-the-box thinker

  • Ability to balance multiple projects at once

  • Excellent time management skills (and has no problem meeting deadlines)

  • Preferred experienced in: Squarespace, Google Suites, Slack, and Trello

  • Understands all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc.)

  • Video production experience is a bonus, but not required



BE The Travel Liaison Intern

We’re looking for Travel Liaison Interns interested in learning the travel industry from every angle; with a focus on the business and sales side of travel advising. If you’re looking for a true, hands-on experience then you’ll love this internship spent working with real clients, learning travel sales techniques, playing a part in building custom itineraries, and assisting in behind-the-scenes operations of a travel business. If the people who know you best would describe you as any combination of outgoing, hard working, detail oriented, or fun-loving, then you might be the Travel Liaison Intern type (which is more than likely type-A *wink*). Of course, a love of travel is a bonus!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Designing Custom Travel Itineraries

  • Building Travel Apps

  • Basic Travel Sales

  • Client Rapport Building

  • Project Management

  • Trip Detail Management; Online and IRL

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at once (and to strategically prioritize tasks)

  • Impeccable time management skills (works well with a deadline)

  • Experience in: Google Suites, Slack, Trello

  • Comfortable with real client phone calls and meetings

  • Unmatched, disciplined work ethic

  • Uncanny attention to detail
