How We Work
BE The Travel’s planning process was intently created to take the stress and hassle out of travel planning.
After filling out a Plan Your Trip Form, we’ll grab a cup of coffee or hop on a phone call to talk all about how you want to BE, well, whatever it is you want to BE! We’ll discuss your travel style, preferences, dream wish list, and every other important detail we need to uncover. If we’re a good match for one another, we’ll go over our services and see which one best fits your needs before heading on over to phase two.
This is where the fun starts. In phase two you’ll receive itinerary proposals tailored to your BE. You’ll get to look over options and see details catered specifically to your travel desires, budget, dates, and special requests. You just tell us your favorites, and then we’ll move on to phase three.
Phase three is when BE The Travel takes care of all the details. We’ll collect your payment information, make all reservations, deposits, arrangements, and bookings. We’ll even put everything together for you on our travel app. All you need to do is pull out your calendar and start counting down the days until departure!

Here is the best part: to BE. What was it you wanted to BE, anyways? BE adventurous? BE pampered? BE magical? BE active? BE unplugged? BE romantic? BE pampered? BE recharged? You get to go BE it, and we’ll check in along the way; making sure all of our travel providers are taking the very best care of you.
When you return home, we’ll talk about what went well as well as what could have gone better. This way, we’ll make sure each trip is better than the last!
